Delivery Terms and Conditions

SHREY TEAMWEAR

1. BESPOKE TEAMWEAR:

A minimum order of 10 units per garment is required.
This applies to exclusively customised orders according to your specifications.

2. CUSTOMISED CORE TEAMWEAR:

  • There is no minimum order quantity for the core teamwear, which consists of stocked garments in the UK.

3. CORE:

  • There is no minimum order quantity for the core range, which consists of stocked garments in the UK.

4. DELIVERY COSTS:

  • Free Delivery:
    If your order total is £95(ex VAT) and above, you will not be charged any delivery fees. Therefore, shipping is completely free for orders meeting or exceeding this amount.
  • Delivery Fee For Orders Below £95(ex VAT):
    In cases where your order total is below £95(ex VAT), a delivery fee of £7.2(including VAT) will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with shipping and ensuring that your items reach you safely and efficiently.

5. DELIVERY PROCESS:

  • For Unembellished Order:
    Upon dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking link. This link will enable you to track the progress of your shipment and stay informed about the estimated delivery time.
  • For Core Range Team Shop Orders:
    If you are ordering from the core range, consisting of stocked embellished garments, the lead time for delivery is 10 days from the approval of your order. This time period includes the processing and shipping of the ready-made items.
  • For Bespoke Teamwear Orders:
    In case of bespoke order deliveries, please take into consideration a lead time of 40 days, which commences once the order is placed and the proofing visual is approved.

Important Note:   These charges remain constant, regardless of your order value:
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the fixed rate is £ 18 (excluding VAT)
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, the fixed rate is £ 23 (excluding VAT)

SHREY HELMETS

DELIVERY COSTS:

  • Free Delivery:
    If your order total exceeds £95(ex VAT) and above, you will not be charged any delivery fees. Therefore, shipping is completely free for orders meeting or exceeding this amount.
  • Delivery Fee For Orders Below £95(ex VAT):
    In cases where your order total is below £95(ex VAT), a delivery fee of £7.2(including VAT) will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with shipping and ensuring that your items reach you safely and efficiently.

Important: It must be noted that the customised helmets will be treated as a separate portion within the complete order and an extra shipping fee will be charged for them with a ceiling limit of £350 excluding VAT & other taxes.

This ceiling limit will be separate for the customised helmets within the total order value (even if the total order value is more than £350 (excluding VAT) i.e if the customised helmet portion of your order is below £350 excluding VAT, then shipping fee will be applicable to that order

DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Once your goods are dispatched, we will send you a tracking link to track the progress of your shipment.
  • For customised helmets, please note that there is a lead time of 10 days for delivery. This timeframe begins from the approval of the logo sample.

Return Policy: Conditions and Guidelines for Returns

The Return Policy is variable according to the type of products ordered. Please find below the information on each type of order and their return eligibility.

BESPOKE TEAMWEAR:

At Shrey, we craft bespoke products that are tailored to meet the specific requirements of clubs, schools, colleges, and universities. These unique items are not part of our regular stock range as they are specially made just for you. That is why the bespoke products cannot be returned or refunded due to their personalised nature. We kindly ask that you double-check the size and specifications before placing your order to avoid any hassle and inconvenience. However, if there is a manufacturing defect with your bespoke product such as an incorrect spelling of a name or number on a shirt, we'll always be there to help you.

Return Procedure For Defective Products:

To proceed with a return, it is important to report the defect as soon as possible and initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your order. For us to consider the return, the product must be in good condition i. e unworn, and having all the original tags and labels attached to it. To assist you further, we kindly request three photographs that clearly show the fault, along with the completed returns form, as evidence of the defect. Before sending the product back to us, our team will need to approve the return.

CUSTOMISED CORE TEAMWEAR:

The products which are in stock but customised to include any kind of logos, names and numbers in case of clubs/schools/colleges/universities; are not returnable and non refundable.

SIMILAR TO THE BESPOKE RANGES, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

The defect must be reported to us immediately and the return should be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The customer must ensure that all the tags are unharmed with 3 photographs of the fault along with the return form. At last, the return details need to be approved by our team before the product can be returned back. br In case of any additional queries related to this, you can always contact our customer service team at info@kohlisports.com.

CORE:

Returns:

Plain items can be returned to us within 14 days after delivery and refund will be initiated once the garments are received in original condition i.e unworn and with all the tags, labels attached.

Return Charges:

£6 Restocking Charges will be charged/deducted and the return has to be approved by our team before the product can be returned back.


RETURNABLE SAMPLES:

Where any products are sent as samples and are agreed to be returnable, these should be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch date.

The samples must be paid for in full via our website before they are dispatched to you. Upon receiving the returnable samples back within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you will be eligible for a 100% deposit refund, provided that:

  • The samples are returned in their original bags.
  • The samples have their labels attached.
  • There are no signs of wear or tear on the samples.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a 100% refund, which includes the initial postage costs. Any samples returned with missing labels, damaged bags, or any signs of usage will not be eligible for a full refund.

Note:
Please handle the goods with care while they are in your possession. Keep all labels and tags intact until you are certain about keeping the items, and make sure to retain the original packaging to avoid any issues with the return. This applies to both faulty and non-faulty items. Please refrain from damaging or spoiling the goods in any manner.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

To initiate a return for the product, please follow these steps: Go to Accounts>Orders>Return or click on the link provided below before sending back the goods. Kindly note that if any goods are sent back without prior approval, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Note: Please send your return request along with the issue and your order number, any supportive pictures would help us assist you better related to your delivery.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed from the date we receive your return, and a further 5-10 working days for any refund to clear into your account. This is also dependent on your bank or Credit Card Company.

NEW WARRANTY POLICY UPDATE:

  • We offer a three-month warranty from the date of proof of purchase for all our products. This warranty covers any abnormal faults or defects in our products.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of proof of purchase. If you've purchased our products from a third-party retailer, the proof of purchase is the date when you bought the product from the retailer, not the date of supply from us.
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear, as this is a natural part of a product's lifecycle.
  • How to Claim Warranty: If you encounter any abnormal faults or defects within the warranty period, follow these steps:
    1. Send an email to info@kohlisports.com detailing the issue.
    2. Attach three clear images of the product fault.
    3. Include the receipt for the product.
    4. Mention the order number (if applicable)

    Our internal admin team will review your claim. Once approved, we will take one of the following actions:
    - Collect the faulty product for further inspection.
    - Instruct the disposal of the product.
    - Process a replacement product for you.

CATEGORISED WARRANTY POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

CLOTHING:

All the listed items in the clothing category (except the team shop) are covered under our goodwill warranty, defined by the current and past performance of our apparels and reviews of our customers. However, if you encounter any workmanship fault on our part, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENTS:

  • Bags and Backpacks: Accessories like bags & backpacks are covered under a 3-month warranty period. The period of warranty covers all the manufacturing and workmanship defaults that the product may have. Any wear & tear caused by the user's mistake or excessive usage will not be covered under warranty.
  • Socks, Hats & Caps: These accessories come with our goodwill warranty, defined by the current and past performance of our apparels and reviews of our customers. However, if you encounter any workmanship fault on our part, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

CRICKET:

  • Cricket Helmets: Our helmets come with a warranty period of 6 months, which covers manufacturing and workmanship defaults.
  • The warranty covers the following:

    • A malfunctioning micro-adjustment fit feature
    • An initially irregular grille shape.

    It must be noted that the warranty will not cover:

    • Wear and tear caused by irrational usage.
    • Any damage resulting from the impact of a cricket ball.
    • Damage caused by careless handling.
  • Helmet Accessories: Coverage is limited to addressing manufacturing defects exclusively. You can report the defects within 14 days of the delivery to initiate the returning procedure.
  • On-field Clothing: All the listed items in the clothing category are covered under our goodwill warranty, defined by the current and past performance of our apparels and reviews of our customers. However, if you encounter any workmanship fault on our part, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Cricket Bags: Accessories like Bags & Backpacks are covered under a 3-month warranty period. The period of warranty covers all the manufacturing and workmanship defaults that the product may have. Any wear & tear caused by the user's mistake or excessive usage will not be covered under warranty.
  • Groin Protectors: Coverage is limited to addressing manufacturing defects exclusively. You can report the defects within 14 days of the delivery to initiate the returning procedure.
  • Cricket Socks: Covered under our goodwill warranty, defined by the current and past performance of our apparels and reviews of our customers. However, if you encounter any workmanship fault on our part, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. HOCKEY:

Composite Sticks Warranty:

Our Composite Sticks are backed by a 3-month warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing or workmanship defects. Please note that this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from user misuse, excessive, or irrational usage. Prior to processing any return, our Quality team will meticulously review and approve each case.

  • Wooden Sticks: Our Hockey Sticks come with a warranty period of 3 months, which covers all manufacturing and workmanship defects. However, any wear & tear caused by the user's mistake or excessive/irrational usage will not be covered under warranty.
  • Clothing: Covered under our goodwill warranty, defined by the current and past performance of our apparels and reviews of our customers. However, if you encounter any workmanship fault on our part, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Titanium Mask: The Titanium Mask comes with a 3-month warranty period, covering manufacturing and workmanship defaults.
  • Bags: Bags & backpacks are covered under a 3-month warranty period. The period of warranty covers all the manufacturing and workmanship defaults that the product may have. Any wear & tear caused by the user's mistake or excessive usage will not be covered under warranty.
  • Balls: Coverage is limited to addressing manufacturing defects exclusively. You can report the defects within 14 days of the delivery to initiate the returning procedure.
  • Grips: Coverage is limited to addressing manufacturing defects exclusively. You can report the defects within 14 days of the delivery to initiate the returning procedure.
  • Gloves: Our gloves have a 3-month warranty period with a cover for manufacturing and workmanship defects.

TEAM SHOP:

Customised Products: Clothing, Helmets, Bags, and Accessories: The items ordered under the customised clothing category are separately prepared for exclusive usage and can only be returned if any workmanship issues emerge. These products are not covered under our standard warranty policy.
