Important Note: These charges remain constant, regardless of your order value:
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the fixed rate is £ 18 (excluding VAT)
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, the fixed rate is £ 23 (excluding VAT)
Important: It must be noted that the customised helmets will be treated as a separate portion
within the complete order and an extra shipping fee will be charged for them with a ceiling limit
of £350 excluding VAT & other taxes.
This ceiling limit will be separate for the customised helmets within the total order value (even if
the total order value is more than £350 (excluding VAT) i.e if the customised helmet portion of
your order is below £350 excluding VAT, then shipping fee will be applicable to that order
The Return Policy is variable according to the type of products ordered. Please find below the information on each type of order and their return eligibility.
At Shrey, we craft bespoke products that are tailored to meet the specific requirements of clubs, schools, colleges, and universities. These unique items are not part of our regular stock range as they are specially made just for you. That is why the bespoke products cannot be returned or refunded due to their personalised nature. We kindly ask that you double-check the size and specifications before placing your order to avoid any hassle and inconvenience. However, if there is a manufacturing defect with your bespoke product such as an incorrect spelling of a name or number on a shirt, we'll always be there to help you.
Return Procedure For Defective Products:
To proceed with a return, it is important to report the defect as soon as possible and initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your order. For us to consider the return, the product must be in good condition i. e unworn, and having all the original tags and labels attached to it. To assist you further, we kindly request three photographs that clearly show the fault, along with the completed returns form, as evidence of the defect. Before sending the product back to us, our team will need to approve the return.
The products which are in stock but customised to include any kind of logos, names and numbers in case of clubs/schools/colleges/universities; are not returnable and non refundable.
The defect must be reported to us immediately and the return should be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The customer must ensure that all the tags are unharmed with 3 photographs of the fault along with the return form. Returns:
Plain items can be returned to us within 14 days after delivery and refund will be initiated once the garments are received in original condition i.e unworn and with all the tags, labels attached.
Return Charges:
£6 Restocking Charges will be charged/deducted and the return has to be approved by our team before the product can be returned back.
Where any products are sent as samples and are agreed to be returnable, these should be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch date.
The samples must be paid for in full via our website before they are dispatched to you. Upon receiving the returnable samples back within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you will be eligible for a 100% deposit refund, provided that:
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a 100% refund, which includes the initial postage costs. Any samples returned with missing labels, damaged bags, or any signs of usage will not be eligible for a full refund.
Note:
Please handle the goods with care while they are in your possession. Keep all labels and
tags intact until you are certain about keeping the items, and make sure to retain the original
packaging to avoid any issues with the return. This applies to both faulty and non-faulty
items. Please refrain from damaging or spoiling the goods in any manner.
To initiate a return for the product, please follow these steps: Go to Accounts>Orders>Return or click on the link provided below before sending back the goods. Kindly note that if any goods are sent back without prior approval, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Note: Please send your return request along with the issue and your order number, any supportive pictures would help us assist you better related to your delivery.

Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed from the date we receive your return, and a further 5-10 working days for any refund to clear into your account. This is also dependent on your bank or Credit Card Company.

- Collect the faulty product for further inspection.
- Instruct the disposal of the product.
- Process a replacement product for you.
CLOTHING:
All the listed items in the clothing category (except the team shop) are covered under our goodwill warranty, defined by the current and past performance of our apparels and reviews of our customers. However, if you encounter any workmanship fault on our part, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Our Composite Sticks are backed by a 3-month warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing or workmanship defects. Please note that this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from user misuse, excessive, or irrational usage. Prior to processing any return, our Quality team will meticulously review and approve each case.
TEAM SHOP:
Customised Products: Clothing, Helmets, Bags, and Accessories: The items ordered under the customised clothing category are separately prepared for exclusive usage and can only be returned if any workmanship issues emerge. These products are not covered under our standard warranty policy.
